Members Can Select 12 Favorite Smiles

I added a new feature members can enjoy called "Favorite Smiles". What does it do? Simple. You can go into your UserCP and now you will find a link entitled "Edit Favorite Smilies". When you go there you will now be able to tell the site what 12 smilies you want to see every time in the smilies section in the Post New Thread or Reply page and in the Quick Reply. No more debate as to what smilies should be the default. Now EVERY member can pick and choose what their top 12 will be.
