After being mathematically eliminated from the AFC East title picture, the Jets were physically eliminated from the division. In a rare stroke of genius, Roger Goodell has booted the Jets out of the division, and out of the NFL altogether. The Jets front office is currently looking for a place to play to finish the season. Rumor has it that the Big East conference is in talks, but have high demands for the club's admission, including a fanbase of at least 100,000 people, excluding family of players and coaches. This will prove to be a large sticking point with Jets ownership, and they should look to negotiate that number down to something more attainable, such as 5,000.
