watched 'open range' and 'the quick and the dead' earlier today

 

I just watched We Own The Night. Hilarious. Joaquin Phoenix is so bad that he's hilarious. Jim Norton pointed out years ago that all he does is whisper. He does that through 90% if this film. I couldn't take the plot seriously because of it.

it probably wasn't too bad of a film outside of the whispering.

I downloaded "True Romance" a couple weeks ago and just got around to watching it again. Good movie that gave us a preview of things to come with Tarantino flicks.

was perfect for the mood I was in. I wanted to kick someone's butt and I got to watch Samual L. Jackson kick ass! w0ot!!!

 

Saw I Am Legend and No Country for Old Men. Both were really good but the ending for NCFOM was bizarre. I think I understand it but I may have to watch it again. Bardem played his character perfectly and his weapon of choice was bad butt.

 

Before the Devil Knows You're Dead: Watched it last night and still can't decide if I liked it because Morissa Tomei (spelling?) is naked a lot or if it was a good movie. Prolly the nudeness. :)

 

I watched that tonight too, not sure how I feel about it, but marisa tomey looked great

 

Just watched drill bit taylor it was funny i would recommend watching it.

Every time that movie is mentioned Paranoid Mike and I go off on the things we love about it. Great movie. :icon_cool:
