ok so i am in a 12 team league and the key scoring stat is for r's 1 pt every 10yrds 6pt's td and 1 pt every reception 1 pt every 10 rec yards

so i have the 4th overall pick and i believe tomlinson and i hope adrian peterson go 1 2 ( i dont want peterson) then im thinking guy with third pick will take brady so when it comes to me i am stuck choosing between brian westbrook steven jackson or joseph addai. im then hoping lynch from the bengals falls to me in the 2nd. but anyway any advice between these backs is greatly appreciated

Westbrook in a ppr and don't look back.

    Lynch from the Bills.

And ditto Westbrook, no question. He was the highest scoring back in the PPR league I played last year...and he was on my team! :p**p:

westbrook in a PPR, If S-jax was in camp and didn't hold out at all, I would say him 100% as he does have a 90 catch season, but I am getting worried about him. The longer he holds out, the higher the risk of an injury.

Westbrook he lead the league in all purpose yards. I think he might go third though. Ive been in alot of leagues where he went 3rd.

If he's there - you definitely take Westbrook... he's a very good, versatile RB. Probably the 3rd best in the league behind LT and AP.

You don't know for sure though if the person with the #3 pick will take Brady - and IF he doesn't and actually decides to pick Westbrook instead - then I would go with Joseph Addai or Clinton Portis.

However, B. West should be taken #2 in your scoring format and your draft.Peterson will go #3...so if those 3 are gone, what would you lean towards? Steve Jackson? I wouldn't discount on of the Top Flite WR's at that spot in a PPR league.

I would rank the Top 10 in a PPR league as follows:

    1. Tomlinson
    2. Westbrook
    3. Jackson
    4. Moss
    5. Peterson
    6. Brady
    7. Owens
    8. Edwards
    9. Gore
    10. Addai

westbrook if still there and lynch wont be on way back up in second that would be 21 pick he will leave bourd late first early second.

I have reservations about Addai. Might go WR (Moss).

Tom Brady at 4. Especially if TD Passes are worth 6 points...if not, I'd go Steven Jackson. I like Moss at 4 in a PPR league.

in all my years of ff i have never anythign but a rb in the first round. i am a firm believer that running backs still carry your team even in a ppr league. and with this years rb selection slim to none i think i better get 2 quick. as long as they are pass catchers for me. last year we only had 10 people in league and i ended last 8 games without a loss and tomlinson and steven jackson carried me
