WDIS: Week 4 Fantasy "Who Do I Start?" Thread

exact same situation. i'm going with lewis b/c of these reasons.

• Jonathan Stewart vs Atlanta.
• Chris Johnson vs Minnesota (yes, their Defence may be good against the run but the Rams suck).
• Jacksonville D#, hopefully we can get to Schaub a lot.

Edwards playing VS Cincy

Ward playing WS Baltimore

 

Ward.....only because he usually does well in big games and it's a MNF game. Edwards hasn't been doing all that well but Cincy is a good team to get on track against....I'd still say Ward because it's a big game and I think he'll be the go to guy for Ben.

 

I'd go opposite...I'd go Edwards in Cincy. Teams do relatively well passing against the Bengals. I think Edwards had a 2 TD game against the Bengals last year...he may have done it twice actually...I don't remember...If Stallworth comes back (as much as I think he's overrated) he could pull some of the attention away from Edwards and Winslow.

Historically, Ward has been quiet against the Ravens as far as receptions and yardage goes. Last season he did all his talk with his killer blocking on Ed Reed and Bart Scott. I would expect Ward's number to be low again this week as I have a feeling they will try to get Holmes more involved...

I'd go Edwards...

Chambers vs. Raiders?

Also I picked up Buckhalter, should I go with him as my 3rd running back? I have Turner and LT starting and also have Warrick Dunn and Darren Sproles on my bench.

Andre Johnson could cause problems. Last week Drayton Florence was very shaky against the Colts, and Reggie Nelson could well be out injured. For a team that has a mediocre pass-defence that's bad news. Andre Johnson could do well against us today. That said, I think Chambers is a safer bet. Johnson could score 0 or 20, Chambers would probably get a solid 10..

 

You would say Chambers is a safer bet, probably because of the inconsistency of Matt Schaub throwing the ball to Andre Johnson right?

 

Correct. And the fact that the Jags defence could to Schaub a lot today.
