NFL Suspends Jones Again

I believe that it is at least four and could be more.

 

I got two things from The Dallas Morning News. One said he was suspended indefinitely, and the other said he was out for four weeks. I don't know.

I'm really not surprised by this.

During league meetings held earlier this year, Goodell said he would not only suspend wrongdoers, but he would consider taking away draft choices from teams who signed problem players. In a way, I'm surprised that he didn't fine the Cowboys or take away a draft choice in 2009.

 

Hopefully, he's locked up after.

That's a lawsuit waiting to happen when he tries it....specially with Jerry Jones or an Al Davis.

 

I think its going to take one more incident for that to happen

well tank has stayed out of trouble.

 

Add them for talent wise, they take the risk in hope of the reward, and the players come cheap.. Not a bad move if it works out

I'm not so sure about that. Didn't Goodell take away a draft pick away from the Patriots over the Spygate incident? Where were Davis and Jones then?

This commish has some teeth. He wants to clean up the NFL's reputation. If it takes taking away draft choices away from teams who continue to sign problem players, then so be it.

 

One word:

At least he didnt get banned, tho dont know how much longer he's got. Im just glad Jenkins and Scan have played well this year
