Free Agent Signing Starts Tonight

Baseball's free agent market opens tonight at 11:01, and teams have been known to fax their first offers at that precise moment. The Phillies courted Jim Thome that way in 2002 and eventually sealed the deal. Others play a waiting game.

I say Orlando Hudson to the Cardinals, Lowe to the Red Sox, CC to the Yanks, and Raul Ibanez to Toronto.

 

2B Orlando Hudson SS Edgar Renteria and SP Ben Sheets to St Louis.....That's my wish list at least.
