The Washington Nationals on Saturday agreed to terms on a one-year contract with righthander Daniel Cabrera. Cabrera became a free agent on December 13 when he was non-tendered by Baltimore. Cabrera, 27, went 48-59 with a 5.05 ERA in 147 career games over five seasons with the Orioles. SOURCE Yahoo Sports
