Sup friends? Since our season is over and lets face it, none of the other teams are worth caring about, lets use this time to sulk in the shadows and scheme our way back to the top! Since that's what everyone thinks we do anyways. Who are we to undermine the collective thoughts of everybody else? Firstly, I like to point out are weaknesses at CB, OLB, SS and ILB. Some of you may be shouting out for an upgrade at TE as well but I'm not one of them. I don't get to watch any college football down here so I guess someone can point out who's who in the draft and possible pick ups. The big issue is, however, Cassell. Do we trade for more picks in the interest of long term? Personally, I like to play things safe on the personnel front. As I've said before I'd rather keep him just in case Brady is a wash out. He's got a year with the boys under his belt and we know he can at least lead an 11-5 season. Thoughts?
You guys are tagging Cassel, so losing Wilfork is a possibility. Not likey, but possible. Screw, em. let him walk and draft Raji
wilfork is an UFA in 2010 - NOT 2009 - check out this site, it has FA's until 2015, even though right now that list is very small KFFL - 2009 NFL Free Agents
Wow, that's a very useful site. Everybody I know has been saying he's apart of the 2009 clbutt. I guess I'll spread the love around, cheers Mikey. Although, it doesn't seem very complete for 2009. Edit: No worry, I didn't notice the top links :icon_redface:
I was looking at the Cowboys "2010" FA Chris Canty: RFA in 2008, UFA in 2009 Kevin Burnett; UFA in 2009 Terence Newman: Extended in 2008, would have been a UFA this year And they left off Ware who is a Free Agent after next season
Scouts is much better Footballsfuture alway's has an accurate list. its usually on the top 10 per position however
here are more Free-agent class of 2009 appears mighty impressive and more 2009 NFL Free Agents and more 2009 NFL Free Agents and more List of Top 2009 NFL Free Agents NFL Gridiron Gab
Looking at those lists, I wonder if Al Davis is senile enough to let us have asomugha for next to nothing. I mean, this is Al Davis right?
