As a Redskins fan, i could care less if Campbell is upset with the trade try or not. He has done nothing since drafted by the Redskins and i have no faith he can lead this team to a superbowl. Fact is, we didnt get Cutler because Denver liked the other 2 QB's ofered in trade over Campbell. How sad is that, a team would rather have Orton or Quinn, both with very limited playing time, then Campbell who has been a starter since mid 2006. Campbell is a failed Joe Gibbs project and I dont blame Sneider or Zorn for wanting to replace him with a guy like Cutler. Those opportunities come only so often.
Campbell is garbage..hell never be ANYTHING in this league..no more so than joey harrington or byron leftwitch or TIM COUCH!! Remember all the hype bout that guy? LOL ROFL. They were all hyped up, (with the exception of byron) and they turned out to be p**p! Im not so sure that sanchez will even be anything worth big money.. Although, the falcons seem to have hit it big with another guy named matt.. So who knows. Whoever they DO get will probably hit an enormous pay day.. After all, its the snyder way
I would tend to think the jury is still out on Campbell. Last season was the first time he started a full 16 games. His completion percentage and QB rating have improved each of his first 3 seasons. I'd consider 2009 to be his true 3rd full season after starting 29 games the previous two years. The 3rd year is usually when a good QB really steps up his game.
