Lions Will Take Stafford

    This doesnt mean anything. There is going to be talk all over the place on who will be the #1 pick, Im fine with whatever Schwartz and Mayhew are interested in doing. I just would rather wait on Stafford. I think if they take Smith or even Monroe(Either way im fine) they might still have a chance at him at 20 or maybe even see Josh Freeman drop because TB goes with Stafford

    1st round draft picks especially QB's don't work out well, look at us...look at it historically.

    I don't understand why anyone would suggest drafting an OT first and then a QB. Michael Oher could drop to no. 20, and he, at one point, was a no.1 pick projection. I don't recall Josh Freeman ever being projected that high, he actually was originally looked at as a 2nd-3rd rounder. Terrible idea.
