In the wake of the collapse of the Dallas Cowboys' indoor practice facility during a Saturday thunderstorm, reports emerged of a lawsuit against the company that built the structure regarding another project that collapsed under the weight of a heavy snowfall in Philadelphia. According to the Associated Press, Summit Structures and its related company, Cover-All Building Systems, also built two other structures that failed during inclement weather. A structure in Oregon collapsed in January of 2002 due to snowfall and another building in New York that stored ice-melting chemicals failed during a 2007 snowfall. Source: ProFootballTalk.com
