Free-agent receiver Drew Bennett, who was cut earlier this year by the Rams and who has visited the Browns and the Falcons, went back to Tennessee on Monday for a physical. It sounds like he hopes that the stay will at some point be extended. I feel like if something gets done here that I can come in and help complement the guys they have, Bennett said, according to Terry McCormick of the Nashville City Paper. I know I wouldnt be coming in as a No. 1 guy. They have a lot invested in guys like Nate [Washington] and Justin Gage and also the first-round pick [Kenny Britt]. But I think I could come in and compete and complement those guys, maybe fill in some holes and work in certain packages. Source: ProFootballTalk.com
