Delaware Gov. Jack Markell signed the sports gambling bill into law just before noon ET today, clearing way for betting on pro football and other sports as soon as this fall. Markell was a strong advocate of the bill, which could bring in about $55 million annually to state coffers, it has been estimated. The NFL has also threatened to file suit to block legalizing sports betting in Delaware.

Is GIF really moving to Delaware?

I went there one time and every time I asked someone a question they had to ask this guy named Jimmy to make sure.

    It was freaking weird.
