Kroenke Sports hecked up big time... This isn't an easy situation to fix. They could try to do a quick change over but that would delay the Nugget game for 2.5-3 hours...
3-4 hours is plenty of time...especially if the Nuggets floor is already downand depending on how many guys they have going... At the Wachovia Center they would change from Hockey to Basketball or vice versa in 2-3 hours.
Raw is a live event right? Has it ever been taped? From the sounds of things, McMahon isn't open to moving the event...and the NBA is well, the NBA...
The rumour is now it will be moved to Colorado Springs since they are set to tape ECW/Smackdown there on the next night. On the taping RAW if this had happen earlier they would have must likely have taped 2 RAW to avoid this. All I say is don't look for WWE to come back to Denver any time soon
ROFL. Even tho i hate the lakers. That is funny crap. Vince McMahon is in the right, no matter if it is the Nuggets stadium or not. He made the reservation last year selling 10,000 tickets that day. And funny thing is the owner of the stadium signed the final paper work for the event on April 15th of this year. So how do you not know that the nuggets were good by then??? I say we just do what vince suggested, have a steel cage match to see who gets the venue!!
It's not technically "The Nuggets Stadium" unless it is owned by them. It's a venue that leases to the Nuggets and hecked up by thinking the Nuggets wouldn't be playing at this point in the year.
Pepsi Center is owned and operated by Kroenke Sports, who also happens to own the Nuggets and I think the Avalanche.
