Raiders DB Michael Huff Continues To Struggle

    Things continue to get more precarious for Raiders safety Michael Huff, the No. 7 overall pick in the 2006 draft who failed to seize the starting job at either strong safety or free safety. Head coach Tom Cable said the Raiders have no intention of giving Huff a try at cornerback at this time. In the workouts witnessed by the media, Huff ran with the second team and continued his penchant for being an excruciating step late on most plays.

    i don't think this is an ability problem because the guy is an incredible athlete. maybe someone's just not reaching him as far as learning the nfl game (or maybe he just doesn't have the instincts to compete at this level)

    Do you really think it was Shell who pulled the trigger on Huff? The kid had all the potential but Davis kept on changing everything around him.
