Tom Brady's astounding physical abilities and his determination to get back on the football field after a serious knee injury allowed the New England Patriots quarterback to recover at a rate that surprised even his medical team, his doctor said. Speaking publicly for the first time about the NFL star's surgery and physical rehabilitation, Dr. Neal ElAttrache told The Times that Brady "even exceeded what I thought he was going to be able to do, and I was expecting big things from him." With Brady's permission, ElAttrache spoke about the knee reconstruction, treatment of a subsequent infection and the patient's unwavering focus to recuperate in time to play this season. "With regard to his recovery of strength, I've never seen anything quite like it," said ElAttrache, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine at the Kerlan-Jobe Clinic in Los Angeles. "With an average person, it would have taken probably twice as long to get range of motion and strength back." Source: Los Angeles Times
i had a few one-liners that sprang to mind regarding other parts of brady's body that exceeded someone's expectations but i think i'm just going to leave that to the professionals ............................ and .................... begin.
if it's true, you have to respect the decision to do what he did and accept that the rest of you D-Lines ar f*&$#d!!!! It's about time for another ring
I really had no doubt he'd be back this year. The guy's work ethic, and love of the game is above anyones.
