Safety LaRon Landry is now the only Redskin who is unaccounted for during this round of offseason workouts. Landry, is not at the workouts and head coach Jim Zorn said he has not been able to reach the third-year player by either telephone or text message. "I think it's disappointing to his teammates as well," Zorn said. "But he's going to be ready. I fully expect him to be ready in training camp and go hard and have a great year. I'm not as concerned about him missing as just being a part of what his teammates are doing and the kind of stuff we're trying to implement here. He's going to be set back a little bit because of maybe a new concept here or there, but he's a tremendous athlete, and I think he'll be a good teammate." Source: Washington Post
Not sure whats going on.. Hes never had any problems before and ive not heard anything this offseason.
I'm sure just like in Portis, Moss etc contracts he only has to show up for 80% of the OTA's. It's nothing to get worried about. Though he should be there with the team whether or not what his contract says so he shows he's devoted and only gets better (as Zorn said).
