maybe it's my imagination but it seems to me that there are a lot more big-name free agents NOT getting signed this off-season. the only reason I can think of is the upcoming CBA is scaring teams away from signing expensive veterans. Or, possibly, a lot of the agents of the players are thinking that their player shouldn't sign a smaller contract right now when they could get a lot more next year since it may be an uncapped season ???
