After releasing four players Wednesday morning, the Jaguars continued their roster shaping in the afternoon by signing QB Todd Boeckman and WR Andy Strickland. Boeckman figures as the No. 3 quarterback behind starter David Garrard and Todd Bouman after Cleo Lemons release.
