There was a dispute after Matt Millen was fired because he still was owed about $12 million for his remaining two-plus years. The Lions did not pay Millen for the rest of the season, and the matter was being sent to arbitration, but William Clay Ford said the matter has been settled. "We're all square with the board,'' Ford said. "I talked to him on the phone a couple of weeks ago, and everything's fine. We're still friends. And I'm glad he's got the job that he's getting.'' QFT, I just want this story line - Millen, Ford.....and last year:icon_redface: - to just fade away...........Maybe a little Jack will help ahhhh
He's begging for attendance once again........Last year was the first time We had blackout's of games because they didn't sell out since they left the SilverDome......We sucked a lot of those years in between but you'd be surprised how die hard the Lions fans are
Exactly. When I read the banner headline I thought the story may have been about Millen returning his salary.
