Here's an article ranking the top 50 fantasy football RBs according to FFToday. They have some interesting analysis. The landscape at RB has definately changed a lot from last year. Many familiar names are dropping.

I've seen quite a few rankings with MJD as the number one back...

Got Forte in my keeper league and he's going to count as a Round 4 pick for me...loving that so far...

Larry Johnson at 32...that could be a MONSTER steal...

Brown at 16? dude is high if he thinks Lynch is better considering he is going to miss three games. And Moreno in an offensive scheme not to friendly to running backs at 12.

They are ranking Moreno on an offense based on what Mike Shanahan ran...not McDaniels...lol...

I am still not sold on Turner either, most of his stats came in a few games last season, and those games were against teams that were horrible against the run.

Ronnie Brown for me is a top 5 back. The guy has monster ability plus a contract year.

Adrian Peterson deserves to be number one..... MJD did not impress me last season the way he did his rookie year

They're practically the same numbers. I'd take the 20 extra receptions and 10 extra 1st downs in 2008 over the 1 extra rushing TD in 2006.

What was more impressive his first season?

You do realize that MJD ran behind a line that would get beat by first graders right?

  11. not bad...

I LOVE Forte as one of the safest top tier backs with HUGE upside... not really on the Deangelo Bandwagon... Think he is more of a late second rounder... Agree that Turner is a not a value pick... he doesn't get receptions...

MJD's line was destroyed by injury last year, they added tra thomas and eugene monroe to a line that's healthier and no fred taylor. Expect MJD to be a beast.
