Plaxico Burress has been indicted on charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree -- a charge that carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison with a 3.5 year minimum. He was also charged with a count of reckless endangerment -- a charge that carries a mandatory minimum sentence of one year. With that dirt bag DA Plax is doing some hard time. Remember hit the biggest man you see as soon as you get in there. You will get your butt kicked but at least you will have their respect.
The DA didn't plug Plax in the leg - he deserves whatever he gets, especially considering he chose to roll the dice with a jury rather than plead out.
Nobody said it was the DA's fault.....just that guy is a hard butt trying to make a name for himself by stepping all over Burress.
I find it hard to believe that a person who carried a weapon and shot himself might do more jail time than a man (Stallworth) who drove drunk with marijuana in his system killed human being gets off way too easy. EDIT: corrected the spelling

He deserves this for 2 reasons... 1.) being a dumbass and not pleading out..what, you couldnt handle 3 months in jail? and 2.) walking all over al harris in the play off game that kept the packers from the super bowl 2 years ago, ya JERK. I laugh at this BIGTIME
Absolute dumbbutt. He knew he broke the law, why not take the plea? What other evidence does the jury need? Does he think he will get off because he's gonna have an all Giant fan jury?
