Maybe they should ban Reids boys from coming around the team they seem to be a bad influence.

We don't know if he all ready in the NFL drug program. I believe the first time a player test positive it's kept confidential, so he might be in program. If he is that means he'll get tested again and if tests positive then the suspenion.

I'm not quite sure about this. Can someone clarify this?

Eagles LE Juqua Parker is not expected to face a suspension. Parker will, enter the NFL's drug program and would probably face a multi-game ban if arrested again. This was his first law run-in as a pro.

per Newsday's Veteran NFL reporter Bob Glauber's Twitter

Twitter / Bob Glauber: Eagles being tight-lipped ...

this means that it has been confirmed that he was not in the program before. By him finding out that he wasn't up for a suspension, it proved that he was not in the program, thus meaning that he will obviously be entered into the program now and will face penalties if something happens in the future.

    Thanks. That clears it up.
IMO the NFL drug testing is flawed. Once the season starts there is no drug testing (unless you're in the program) and this means players could do drugs without any testing.
