Most plays during training camp don't mean much, but Colt Brennan managed to throw a costly interception Tuesday morning - to the tune of $100. Brennan, trying to overtake Todd Collins as the Redskins' backup quarterback, made it through the first 12 days of camp without throwing a single interception, a fact that he mentioned to the Redskins' defensive backs on a daily basis. "That was my way of talking trash," Brennan said. "'For God's sake, will you guys pick me?!" Source: The Washington Post
That could be a bad sign because in camps the edge is usually to the defense. Could be that the redskins DBs suck.
True when you are going against yourself if someone looks good that means someone also has to look bad. If the DB's are able to pick off the other QB's then there could be something there.
Didn't Jason Campbell throw a pick until week 11 or something last year? That doesn't mean absolutely anything. It only says the Redskins passing attack is lame as hell, with short passes no longer than 5 yards. That's Zorn's system. Seriously, who's going to pick those passes? The defensive linemen? LOL
Well, I've sorta got ties with Hawaii and I root for them, Colt was a great Quarterback fro them, so of course I'm hoping he does well in the NFL. I hear a lot of Redskin fans I know (being in VA and all) say how they want Colt to start, not that the majority of Skin fans I know are overly bright with football. but meh, go Colt!
