Eagles defensive end Juqua Parker waived a preliminary hearing on a marijuana possession charge, according to his attorney, Steve Shields. Parker appeared at a Northampton County courtroom yesterday in between Eagles practices. He probably will not have to worry about another court date until after the season. "It'll be something like six months before there's another court date," Shields said. "At some point here in the near future, I'll sit down with the [district attorney] and go over the details of the case." Source: Philadelphia Inquirer
he will eventually get suspended a game or two, but glad he isn't trying to BS his way into getting out of it.
