Raiders QB JaMarcus Russell Had A Rough Practice

Raiders QB JaMarcus Russell had a rough practice, especially during one stretch where he kept overthrowing receivers. His accuracy and timing were definitely off. Raiders rookie S Mike Mitchell has remained on the sidelines since getting his legs stretched by a trainer.

JaMarcus is getting more scrutiny than any other QB in the league. Hell Vince Young did not get this much scrutiny.

 

If Russel wasn't the number one and didn't hold out for months then he wouldn't go under the knife.

my only beef is the media is soo one sided, he had a series of great practices which werent reported at all.

JaMarcus is scrutinized because he's always overweight and out of shape mostly...nobody believes that he has the work ethic to be an NFL QB, and he's the only one that can change that perception of him. He has to do and say all the right things, and work his butt off.

 

Russell definitely needs to practice...he's far, far, far from a finished NFL product.

 

Vince Young has been racked over the coals, what are you talking about, hell even the 49ers Alex Smith and several other QB 's are scrutinized especially at this time of year.

As much as I hate Gaycia, I think he would lead our team better than J.Russell has so far. He is like a lazy employee!!!

 

But russel was doing all the right things.....lol
