The Cowboys have cut nose tackle Tim Anderson who was signed on Jan. 26 after sitting out last season following four seasons with Buffalo and Atlanta. His chances of making the team took a hit when he suffered a toe injury during the off-season conditioning program that required surgery that caused him to miss all of the OTAs, mini-camp as well as the first week of training camp. In his second practice he sprained his left ankle but he played in the preseason opener against Oakland and was not credited with a tackle.

I have been going back and watching the game again and again the only reason I am a little surprised about this is that the other NT did not play that well either. I have to think Dallas is going to sign someone else.

He had bounced around with the Chargers and a few othe teams I think. He was a nobody but Wade knew him and thought he could handle it.
