Plaxico Burress will be 33 years old if he's released in May, 2011 - - his earliest possible release date, 20 months after he's officially sentenced on Sept. 22 - - and many of his former teammates expect him to try to resume his NFL career. But it's still possible he'd be suspended by the NFL first, just like Michael Vick was. And DeMaurice Smith, the new executive director of the NFL Players Association, has a problem with that. "The disciplinary system is something that now that we're forced to come to the bargaining table, it'll be something that I'm interested in talking about," Smith said. "Because I have very strong feelings about the way the discipline system is now. And the players have equally strong feelings."

I have equally strong views on the matter....

The fewer criminals and less moronic behaviour by players, the less of a problem the matter would be....

Everyone has to adhere to some form of standards in their work (whether conduct and/or dress code) and looking at Pacman, Chris Henry, Plax etc the problem is more with the players side of things.....

When you were a kid and got trouble at school you still got punished when you got home.

    It's the same thing.
