Eagles Evaluating Free Agent TE Tony Curtis

    The Eagles evaluated TE Tony Curtis today, according to a team source, and could sign him, pending a physical Friday. The Eagles have been struck by injuries at tight end and along the offensive line. Curtis has fought injuries lately, which led to his release by the Chiefs this month, but he has 11 catches for 50 yards in 36 NFL games.

    I know we've had some stiffs at the position in the past, but a dead actor is taking it to a whole new level.

    Curtis would not be a bad 3rd TE he is not great as a blocker but does a decent enough job catching.
