Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart To Miss Start Of The Season?

    Panthers second year running back Jonathan Stewart says he has “ongoing pain†in his Achilles’ and doesn’t know if he’ll play in any preseason games. “Just imagine you waking up in the morning and you have a knee problem or it’s just stiff,†he said. “Every morning it’s that way, every time I walk. It’s just a nagging injury.†He was in uniform and warmed up for Saturday’s preseason loss to Miami, but did not play. Stewart hasn’t practiced for the last 10 days and now it looks like this injury may keep him out of the start of the regular season.

    That's okay... The Panthers look to be the deepest team in the league at Running Back.
     
  3. I agree... I actually think this will be ok... It will give Mike Goodson a lot more playing time than he would have gotten, and I think he will impress a lot of people... He just needs to work on holding on to the freaking ball, but he and DeAngello will work great together...
