Raiders Release CB Ricky Manning Jr.

    Raiders beat writer David White is reporting via his Twitter page that the Oakland Raiders have released recently signed cornerback Ricky Manning Jr. Manning was signed last week by the Raiders. White writes, "Harris started five games at MLB for Vikings last year. Manning cut."
