New England continues to be one of the more interesting suitors for Eagles quarterback A.J. Feeley because it may be willing to trade one of its tight ends. The Patriots would definitely be willing to deal Alex Smith, a 2005 third-round pick by Tampa Bay who was traded to the Patriots for a fifth-round pick in the off-season. The other tight ends on the New England roster are Ben Watson, Chris Baker and David Thomas. Source: Philadelphia Inquirer
I was going to say Ben Watson. I've heard the Pats have been looking to move him. I think they are high on Baker and Brady's been throwing his way a lot...
The Eagles and Patriots both want to make this trade. But for the Eagles to do it they must know the status of Vick's suspension, and need it to be short. Roger doesn't want to piss off either organization, so hence the probable quick reinstatement of Vick. Lack of Vick outrage combined with two top money making organizations being happy means more to the commish than how he actually feels about Vick and his rehabilitation despite what spin he will put on it.
Meh he will give you a good 3Qs and then choke in the 4th. I think the reason they like feely is cause he had a great game vs them the 16-0 season but then of coarse choked at the end.
