Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo's primary goal set this off-season was to reduce his turnovers after committing 21 in 13 games last season and thus far the preseason results were pretty good. He committed one turnover in five quarters of work and readily admitted after the game that he made a poor decision on the pick, saying he should have taken the sack instead of making a risky throw. But Romo doesn't want to get into specifics about his turnover total and he danced around a question about how many of his turnovers last season were avoidable. "I think every quarterback in the league should be looking at themselves from that same perspective and trying to figure out a way to minimize mistakes and turnovers," Romo said. "Believe me, there's not one quarterback in the league who hasn't done something, turnover-wise, that they can get away with saying oh, 'I'll never do that again.' Everyone has things that they're going to work on to try to improve upon." Source: Dallas Morning News
