Bengals QB Carson Palmer told SI.com that he's concerned the confluence of violent hits and giant players could lead to a fatal accident in an NFL game at some point. "The truth of the matter is ... somebody is going to die here in the NFL," Palmer told SI.com's Peter King. "It's going to happen.'' There's already been a death in the NFL. In 1971, Chuck Hughes of the Detroit Lions, a WR, died of a massive heart attack in a game against the Chicago Bears. There was no contact.
