Eagles RB Brian Westbrook Feels "Fresh And Ready To Go"

Eagles running back Brian Westbrook missed most of training camp and then did not play in the preseason, but he said he is "fresh and ready to go" when asked about Sunday's season opener at Carolina. Westbrook said he he wanted to prove to himself and coach Andy Reid that "you don't have to go through a hard training camp" to be effective in Week 1.

me too he was great value pick in all my leagues. i got him in the third round in a few of my leagues.

 

I hope he can stay healthy this year. He makes the offense go.

oh, picked up mccoy later in my fantasy draft. have a feeling he will become extremely valuable during the season. hope i am wrong but ....

 

I picked up Westy with the 15th pick in a 12 team league and handcuffed him w/ mccoy in the last round. Go get US sum westy :icon_cheesygrin:

 

I only have him in one league with chris johnson our of 4 leagues hes a risky fantasy player.

Does WB realize the O-Line he is going to have to run behind? I look for him to have a horrible day along with Andrews. Look for Peppers to go off on the dimwhitted nutjob. Eagles go down hard. Eagles 6 Panthers 24.

baskett, all that clown ever does is post crap in the Eagles threads putting his usual negative spin on everything. I doubt he knows much about football at all, let alone the redskins.

 

Brian Westbrook if healthy is going to be a huge key to the success of the Eagles this season. Westbrook gets so many balls in the Eagles offense he needs to be 100%.
