A federal appeals court upheld the NFL's suspensions against New Orleans Saints defensive ends Will Smith and Charles Grant, and former Saints tailback Deuce McAllister on Friday. The NFL has not yet announced if and when it will enforce those four-game suspensions, but they could begin as early as next week. The Saints could still try to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, but there is no word yet on whether they plan to do so -- or whether the NFL would wait to enforce the suspensions in the meantime.
