there are some superbowl winning head coaches out there as free agents right now. Shanahan, Cowher,Gruden, Holmgren, and very unlikely but Dungy. 5 coaches out there not coaching all with rings.....hmmm
Phillips should be fired. He's horrible. Only think Phillips is capable of is making a team mediocre with the potential of average.

So we went through all the offseason, training camp, and the preseason, just to fire the coach after the first week? I don't care how horrible Phillips is (which he is) but that would've been a moronic move...even for Jerry :icon_rolleyes:
