Saints fourth-year RB Reggie Bush, who local print and broadcast reports stated has totally recovered from the calf injury that he suffered on August 20 during combined practices with the Houston Texans, might not be totally healthy, a source said. While Bush isn't listed on the injury report this week, it's believed he won't be involved as much in the running game as he usual is against the Lions despite RB Pierre Thomas (knee) being out with an MCL sprain. League sources told Scout.com that Mike Bell is slated to handle a majority of carries tomorrow when the Saints play their season opener.

Reggie had a bad game. I don't think calf injuries are supposed to make you jitterbug too much or fumble the football.
