Mike Shanahan Planned To Release Brandon Marshall?

    ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported on NFL Countdown that ex-Broncos GM/coach Mike Shanahan planned to release Brandon Marshall before he was fired this offseason. Shanahan believed that Marshall tended to hurt the Broncos more than help them. He had even shared this with former Broncos quarterback Jay Cutler.

    wow that's really huge imagine what the broncos would have been if they had kept shanahan.

    Are they putting something in the water in denver, both their current and former head coaches seem a bit too eager to get rid of good players.

    It is really easy to say you WERE going to release your star receiver after you know longer have a job with the organization. Maybe he told this to ownership and this is real reason they released him of his duties. Shanahan might just shown he has dimensia
