While all the news out of Philadelphia today seems quarterback-related the status of injured RB Brian Westbrook is no less important to the success of the Eagles. Westbrook was held out of practice Wednesday with what coach Andy Reid described as a "slightly sprained ankle" that he suffered in Week 2 against the Saints. Reid said the swelling in Westbrook's right ankle has lessened. "It is actually down, way down," Reid told reporters. "There is very little swelling in there right now, which is a good thing." WB career appears to be all but over. No pre-season, barely played this season in just 2 games and already injured. They should have launched him last year when they sent Dawkins away.
Yeah...that's exactly what they should've done...:icon_rolleyes: Shows how much you know about running backs playing in the preseason.
lol to bad hes never missed 5 games in a season you fail. 06 missed 2 07 missed 1 08 missed 2 doesent sound to bad to me the last 3 years the most hes missed in his career is 4.
