Having visited the palace Sunday, New York Giants linebacker Danny Clark came away less than overly impressed with Jerry Jones' new $1.1-billion Cowboys Stadium. Clark told Sirius XM satellite radio that the visiting locker room inside the stadium features few creature comforts. "There's not a lot of hot water in there," Clark said. "[Jones] cut some corners in the bathroom there." Clark also was dismissive of the noise factor created by an NFL-record crowd of 105,121. "It wasn't as loud as you would think 105,000 people would be," he said. Source: Los Angeles Times
this guy should concentrate on his football career rather than crytiquing football stadiums....probably will get cut next season.
lol, that was a good one. On a side note - I like to think of it as 'Giants Stadium' ...at least until someone has more wins than us in there.
lol @ Danny Clark, he also played for the Raiders so how would he know a great stadium if he saw one?
Who knows how serious his comments were....they sound like someone taking the mickey (not being particularly serious in his comments) in a radio interview (but who knows). Frankly, this isn't news one way or another.
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to SoDev again. **********Automerged Doublepost********** And Clark, gimme a freaking break. The stadium is ridiculous. It's amazing. It's like a damn circus. But did you really expect him to hook up the heckers coming in to HIS house who HIS team is trying to beat with 'creature comforts'?? He wouldn't have given you showers or light if he didn't have to!
