In 2013, many rookies stepped up for their teams to make an impact on the field. Many people also were able to get a little lucky and take a chance on drafting a rookie runningback or they were able to find them on the waiver wire once the season started. Players like Eddie Lacy that won offensive player of the year. Le’Veon Bell who had over 1,000 total yards, Zac Stacy was a nice pick up on the waiver wire for some fantasy owners. DeAndre Hopkins, Robert Woods, and Jordan Reed were also nice additions for some fantasy teams. On the other hand, some owners that took a chance on Tavon Austin, with probably a higher pick that they should have used, were extremely disappointed. Cordarrelle Patterson is said by many to be ready for a break out role in his 2nd year in the league. He showed flashes last year but he wasn’t much of an impact in fantasy.
