Defensive end Justin Smith, whose nickname is "Cowboy," certainly cowboyed up in the 49ers opener at Arizona. It was his sack of Kurt Warner on the last play of the game that secured San Francisco's 20-16 win. Smith was making plays on every series, and was making back to back plays when he had to at the end of the game to secure a victory.
