The 49ers wobbled at times in Week 16, but they took care of business late, defeating the Atlanta Falcons by a final score of 34-24. We've got a rundown of some of the notable performances.

The San Francisco 49ers clinched a playoff berth for the third straight season, and put together some fairly notable performances in doing so. It was far from a perfect game, but the 49ers took care of business. The 49ers continued their strong run of Monday Night Football appearances, with their record 45th MNF win.

The 49ers closed out Candlestick Park, and will take some records with them. The 49ers hold the record for most wins at their stadium, with 205. The Green Bay Packers are second at 198 and the Chicago Bears are third with 197. Both are likely to surpass the 49ers record in the near future.

Here are an assortment of notable stats and performances from the evening.

    With The Win...
