Safety Eric Reid has sustained the second concussion of his rookie season, forcing him out of the 49ers’ game Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Reid got hurt making a third-quarter tackle of 245-pound fullback Mike Tolbert, who stayed at Reid’s side as 49ers medical staff tended to him.
