The deal the 49ers are offering is in the neighborhood of five years, $20 million base, $26.5 million maximum, with $16 million guaranteed. Crabtree and his agent, Eugene Parker, know the 49ers offer, and the 49ers are not willing to move from a deal commensurate with the No. 10 slot.

They better not attempt to up the ante, let Crabtree sit all year at this point I just don't care.

the bears said the same thing about benson and he signed. I know about all the speculation about him re-entering the draft, but I would be truly shocked if they don't work a deal out eventually.

How'd that work out? If the 49ers are gonna move the offer, it better be down.

I don't see the 49ers giving Crabtree any more money than is already on the table.

Hope the niners stick with the offer, I'd be worried about what could happen after next years draft if they cave.

Good move by the 9ers front office, stand your ground. Crabtree will cave in.

Good, and the 49ers shouldn't budge. Make him prove himself.
