49ers Sign Free Agent CB Carlos Rogers To A One-Year Deal

    The 49ers signed former Redskins cornerback Carlos Rogers late Tuesday night to a one-year contract, according to Comcast SportsNet Bay Area.Rogers, 30, a six-year veteran from Auburn, was the No. 9 overall pick in the 2005 draft. Viewed as one of the top cornerbacks available on the free-agent market, Rogers has made 68 career starts and has 73 passes defended and eight interceptions in his career

    YEAH DUDE! CHAMPION OF THE UNIVERSE!

    I'm really surprised by all the one year contracts this off-season, a lot of guys I would expect multi-year deals for.
