The NFL has fined Ogunleye $7,500 for unnecessary roughness, ruling that when he spun Lions quarterback Matt Stafford to the ground for a sack midway through the fourth quarter he made a horse collar tackle. Ogunleye had the back of Stafford's jersey with his right hand. There was not a penalty called on the play. Source: Chicago Sun-Times
I think Goodell is the real joke and a complete disgrace to the NFL. The last commissioner close to Goodell's immoral conduct was Pete Rosell.
Goodell says he's not trying to make this league into a pansy league BUT with these laughable fines he keeps handing out week after week, it's very hard to agree with him.

Yeah, there are tackles like that all the time that don't result in a fine from the league. Like I said before, I hope Ogunleye appeals.
