In my ESPN 1 league I have both Charles and Peterson. I know it's only week 1 and but should I start trying to trade them away before people realize they might be a bust this year? In my Big league and ESPN 2 league I have Todd Gurley who looked almost ineffective against the 49ers last night. Is he someone I should worry about? I hope he isn't hitting a sophomore slump
well you can only trade now to those that will think they will rebound - and you'll have to sell cheap after the week 1 flop. But this is the NFL and these guys are studs, give them time to come around... those coaches will look at tape and figure out what went wrong and fix it, that's why they're paid millions along with the players, right? I don't believe in RB softmore slumps.. I think LA underestimated SF (along with the rest of the world) and got blindsided.
then again, peterson's schedule is brutal the next 3 or 4 weeks and he saw a very low snap count sharing 60/40 with JM.. you might try to sell him for face value.. maybe get lucky with someone with extra WR or TE depth.. another option is to package Charles and AP for a true top 10 back that get's three down work - but good luck there
